Dezi Ray is well known as an entertainer and singer throughout South Africa. She has performed at all the top venues in the country and abroad. Her repertoire is extensive, ranging from contemporary music. i.e. music from the musicals to jazz to current chart topping material. Her music has taken her from Cape Town's foremost jazz restaurant, The Green Dolphin, to the world famous Raffles Hotel in Singapore. She is completely versatile.

 

Dezi won an Artes Award from the South African Broadcasting Corporation for her contribution in the "light music" category.
